Terms & Conditions A provisional booking can be made by telephone or by email to reserve one of Bartholomew's Beautiful Barns. The reservation must be confirmed in writing within 5 days with your deposit payment of £100, with payment of the full balance due at least 8 weeks before your arrival. Any booking confirmed within 8 weeks of intended arrival must be settled in full on completion of booking formalities.

In the event of cancellation, we recommend you take out a suitable travel insurance to cover you for losses incurred. The owners reserve the right to cancel or alter booking arrangements. In the event of cancellation, the owners shall be liable only for the return of all monies received. Bookings are from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. The resident is responsible for maintaining the condition of the cottage and of the furniture and equipment therein. The resident is required to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition and is responsible to the owners for the actual costs of any breakages or damage in or to the property and its contents. The owners are not liable to the resident or members of the resident's party for any loss or damage to any belongings of them or any of their visitors. Nor is the owner responsible for acts of negligence or wilful damage caused to the resident, any member of his/her party or visitor, by any other person(s). During the resident's occupancy, he/she shall not sublet or otherwise part possession with the property. The number of occupants of the property must not exceed the number stated on the booking form unless prior written approval is obtained. The right of entry to the cottage at all reasonable times is reserved by the owners, with or without workmen, for the purposes of inspection or to carry out any repair deemed necessary to the property or equipment, unless in an emergency. Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the cottages, must be kept under strict control and are not allowed on the chairs or beds. Please bring your own dog bedding. Day visitors to Bartholomew's Beautiful Barns are only permitted with prior knowledge of the owners, and visitors must park in the allocated parking facility adjacent to the properties. Overnight visitors are not allowed. The owner is Maxine Bartholomew. The resident is the person signing the booking form. The property means the Bartholomew's Beautiful Barns.
